This newborn session is the second chapter I got to photograph of Kaila & Chris’s baby journey and to say I was excited to meet their new little boy would be an understatement! As a nice little homage to their maternity session, we headed back to the same spot in the Yarra Valley to capture images that celebrated Enzo’s arrival into the world. In a move that foreshadowed his independent spirit, he was due on Christmas Day, but he decided that he didn’t want to share the spotlight with turkey, ham and presents so waited until the start of January to make his appearance- but he was definitely worth the wait!

The best bit of newborn sessions is seeing just how much mum and dad adore their freshly minted kiddo and the love vibes were definitely high with this little family!
